Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone → Tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Rebirth → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support to request a refund.

Can I switch challenge levels?

Yes. You can change your challenge level at any time from the app's home screen. Note this will reset your current streak.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Profile → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers within 30 days.

I've lost my streak — can it be restored?

Streaks represent real consistency. We don't manually restore streaks, but you can restart your 30-day challenge at any time.

The app isn't working correctly.

Try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, email us at contact@tryrebirth.com with your device model and iOS version.
